Professional engineer registered in MD with AE or ME degree. 10+ years experience in the development of construction documents for HVAC, controls, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Candidate must have a strong ability to design a variety of projects and maintain client relations. Position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage projects. Experience with health care and lab projects is preferred. Experience with REVIT or LEED accreditation is a plus.

Experience with either communication systems and/or health care and lab projects is preferred. Experience with REVIT or LEED accreditation is a plus.

Graduate engineer, preferably with EIT and 2+ years experience, for the development of mechanical and plumbing construction documents. Responsibilities may include HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design on multiple project types. Experience in the preparation of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection documents is a plus.

Graduate engineer, preferably with EIT and 2+ years experience, for the development of electrical construction documents. Responsibilities may include power, lighting, and fire alarm system design on multiple project types. Experience in the preparation of power, lighting, and fire alarm documents is a plus.

Designer or engineer with 5+ years experience in the development of construction documents. Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design on multiple project types. Ability to work directly with clients and develop client relations is a plus. Experience with Autodesk Revit is also a plus.
