The new $30M, 7-story, 125,000 SF apartment complex is set to break ground in April 2016 and be ready for occupancy in Spring 2017. The project includes 150 units total, 4,000 SF of street level retail space, and a 1-level parking garage.

Henry Adams is providing the MEP engineering design for 500 Park Avenue. The mechanical scope includes HVAC, associated building controls, fire suppression and plumbing system design. The HVAC design will be based on split system heat pumps and includes a dedicated outdoor air system. The electrical scope includes power, lighting, communications (voice/data), and fire alarm.
