The historic Brafferton renovation project at the College of William & Mary has won Preservation Virginia's Gabriella Page Preservation Award. This notable award was presented at Preservation Virginia’s Annual Conference on October 27th.

Preservation Virginia is a non-profit organization and statewide historic preservation leader dedicated to perpetuating and revitalizing Virginia's cultural, architectural and historic heritage.

Henry Adams worked with the College of William & Mary for the MEP engineering design for the restoration and renovations of the 5,000 SF Brafferton and neighboring kitchen. Both structures are located in the historic core of the college campus.

The Brafferton, originally constructed in 1723, underwent its last major renovation in 1932 and currently serves as the offices of the President and Provost of the College. The Brafferton is the second oldest existing collegiate building in the country.
