Henry Adams is providing the MEP engineering design for the schematic design phase for the relocation/renovation/addition of the historic building.  The building is currently two floors totaling 1,080 SF.  A new floor will be added to bring the total square footage up to 1,620 SF.  The building is being moved to a new location in close proximity to a reconstructed lake with aeration and other sources of natural energy, and possibly a geothermal system.
