Erickson Living, Maris Grove Aspen Square
Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design services for Building 3.3 as part of Maris Grove's new Redwood Commons neighborhood. The facility consists of five levels of residential space, totaling 117,500 SF. It features 90 bedroom units, one level of sub-grade parking, and an adjoining 2-level, 28,000 SF garage. A 1,200 SF enclosed bridge connects the second level of the facility to Building 1.1.
