Since December 2007, Doug Tebera has served as President. He is the former Director of Electrical Engineering. His focus on value and teamwork contributed to the success of projects like the APL District Utility Plant, DEA Research Laboratory, and the Boston Opera House restoration and will be applied in leading our firm. Doug holds a Bachelors of Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a MBA from the University of Baltimore. Doug is registered in several surrounding states and has also served as President of IESNA, Board Member of Maryland IAS/IEEE and Chairman of the Masterspec Engineering Review Committee.

Donald Steiner graduated from Pennsylvania State University, with a BAE in mechanical engineering and earned his MBA from Loyola College. Don has been with the firm for 33 years, specializing in medical, industrial, and academic projects. Don officially overseas the mechanical quality control as our Mechanical Engineering Chief.

Over 20 years experience in mechanical contracting, construction management and engineering compliments Mike Meekins role as a leader in healthcare design. Mike is directly responsible for client development, negotiation, and healthcare design management.

Scott Haythorn, PE, LEED AP joined Henry Adams in 1997. He graduated from UMBC and has 14 years experience designing utilities, central plants, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for various types of facilities. As a LEED Accredited Professional and an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Mr. Haythorn provides for an energy efficient design through the use of energy studies (LEED and LCCA), condition surveys, building information modeling (Autodesk Revit) and coordinated design approach.

Jim Good joined Henry Adams in 2008 and serves as our Director of Electrical Engineering. He graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a BSEE and has over 16 years of experience in electrical and lighting design, engineering, testing, preventive maintenance, and construction. Jim is responsible for design and quality control of electrical engineering, electrical department management and project management.
