The Corey
Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design for a new 5-story mixed-use condominium building of 42,000 SF. The building features 49 market-rate condominium units and 1,200 SF of retail space on the first floor. Common spaces within the building include: roof assembly space, mail room, bike storage, and entrance lobby.
Henry Adams' engineering design scope included HVAC, associated controls, dedicated outside air/ventilation unit, power, lighting, plumbing systems (sanitary, vent, water, storm water and gas), fire alarm and fire suppression (sprinkler).
Additionally, in the condo units, Henry Adams detailed voice/data and CATV outlets and cabling from devices to a telecommunications hub panel in each apartment. Microduct pathways were provided from each hub panel to main telecommunications rooms. The design of voice/data and CATV devices and cabling in common areas is provided to a hub panel or termination cabinet in the telecommunication room.
