Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design and construction administration services for the 4,500 SF tenant fit-out for Cosima at Mill No. 1, a mixed-use complex in Baltimore.

The project included the extension of the utilities to the base building services; this included sanitary, gas, storm, electric, sprinkler, domestic, water, etc. The plumbing design for the toilet rooms and food service areas included an automatic grease recovery device to serve the kitchen. The new HVAC equipment serving the dining and kitchen spaces includes make-up air for the kitchen exhaust hoods.
