Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design for the renovation of the 1,000 SF John Hancock / US Real Estate ground floor lobby. The mechanical scope included HVAC, associated controls, and plumbing. The routing of ductwork was revised to accommodate the new architectural layout which included skylights and a vestibule. The electrical scope included power, lighting, communications, and fire alarm.
