Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design for the renovation of a 5,700 GSF retail tenant space at the Shops at Kenilworth in Towson. This project combined two tenant spaces into one new location.

Radcliffe Jewelers moved to this location from its previous location at the Towson Town Center. The newly renovated jewelry store boasts a state-of-the-art design concept.

The mechanical scope included new HVAC systems to match the new retail layout. The fire protection scope included a design based on a performance specification indicating the routing of the existing sprinkler main and showing the intended offset to raise the sprinkler main to accommodate a higher ceiling.  The electrical scope included power and lighting to match the new retail layout.
