Zeke's Coffee Baltimore
Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design for the 7,000 SF renovation of the retail location of the neighborhood coffee roaster. The franchise is firmly rooted in Baltimore and is highly community-centric.
This project included the renovation of two adjoined commercial buildings into one retail space. Revised layout includes distinct spaces for the cafe, kitchen, roastery, retail display, and storage.
The mechanical scope included the replacement of air handling units, exhaust system including new fans, ductwork, and coordination of kitchen hoods with equipment manufacturers. The project did not include a food service or kitchen consultant, meaning Henry Adams was responsible for identifying MEP connections and requirements specific to the food service equipment.
The electrical scope included power and lighting supporting the renovation.
