St Mary's Spiritual Center

Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering for design for a new 3,200 SF building at St. Mary’s Spiritual Center and Historic Site for the Associated Sulpicians of the United States. The building consists of a lobby, gift shop, multi-purpose room, restrooms, garden courtyard, mechanical rooms, and maintenance shop.

The mechanical design incorporates a split DX system with air-cooled refrigeration. The electrical design included a new electrical service for the building, power distribution, lighting and controls, fire alarm, an empty conduit system for AV equipment, telecommunications, card access, and power for the courtyard fountain and driveway entry gate.  The electrical design also included landscape lighting for walkways, sculptures, and plantings as well as site lighting for the new entry drive, and visitor and staff parking lots.
