Henry Adams was the prime consultant on this project.  The project involved engineering design services for replacement of the existing pneumatic control system orignally installed in 1977, with a new Direct Digital Control (DDC) System. 

The Thomas B. Finan Center is a State of Maryland operated inpatient psychiatric hospital located in Cumberland, MD. It is a 250,000 SF facility that consists of a central Administration Building connecting multiple support buildings. The support buildings include ten Cottages connected through conditioned corridors to the Administration Building. Construction phasing and protection of the heating system components and accessories were critical due to the nature of the patients housed at the facility.
