Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design, construction phase, Owner-requested system start-up and commissioning services for a 20,000 SF enclosed, underground staff parking garage. The systems commissioned included garage make-up AHU and exhaust systems, glycol heating system heat exchanger, circulating pumps, CO2 sensors,  HVAC controls and building management system, variable speed drives and power panels.
