The project involved a three-phase replacement of the double-ended substation serving the original hospital tower that served both patient rooms, elevators, and the administration wing. The substation was required to remain on-line at all times. Henry Adams provided the detailed field surveys, construction documents, and project management to successfully construct the project. The construction documents clearly indicated every feeder and circuit replacement and splice point. Installation routes were determined for moving large transformers into and out of the building.
