Henry Adams provided the commissioning services for the central boiler plant renovation project at VAMC Martinsburg. The commissioning scope included the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. The project included a commissioning plan, including pre-functional performance checklist, functional performance test checklists, commissioning requirements, review of submittals and facilities maintenance data, performance test plans, testing and observation of the new system.
