Henry Adams provided mechanical and electrical engineering design for this project, which was to enhance the Market Street Lobby and the Post Office Lobby with upgrades that will compliment the aesthetic intent of this historical building. New security stations were developed to improve traffic flow, conceal monitors and associated detection equipment, and improve the quality of lighting.
