Henry Adams provided the mechanical engineering design for the renovation of a 6,000 GSF industrial aviation warehouse. The project scope included the provision of architectural and mechanical drawings along with two options based on a 1.6-ton equipment load: provision of two 10-ton units, and provision of two 7.5-ton units with windows painted to reduce solar gain.

The project was completed as design/build delivery.
