Henry Adams has a direct IDIQ contract with NIH and is under contract though design/build contracts to provide a variety of design services. Project types include MEP design for Central Utilities, Offices, Laboratories, Healthcare, and Animal Care facilities. In addition, we have design/build contracts with NIH to provide multiple turn-key installations involving MRI, CAT Scan, Spect CT, and PET/CT Scan projects.
